Mein apne hath se us ki dulhan sajaoon gi
Sapurd ker ke usey chandni ke hathon
Mein apne ghar ke andairon ko laut ayoon gi
Badan ke karb ko woh bhee samajh na paye ga
Mein dil mein ro'oon gi ankhon mein muskuraongi
Woh kaya gaya ke rafaqat ke sare lutf gae
Mein kis se rooth sakoon gi, kise manaoon gi
Woh eik rishta e be naam bhee nahi lekin
Mein ab bhee us ke isharon pe sar jhukaon gi
Bicha diya tha gulabon ke sath apna wajood
Woh so ke uthey to khawabon ki rakh uthaon gi
Jawaz dhoond raha tha nayi muhabbat ka
Woh keh raha tha ke mein us ko bhool jaoon gi
